Everything about the transaction was PERFECT! I originally told Alison I lived out of town and wanted to have as little involvement as possible. She helped me with any and all decisions as well as her husbands availability to do some of the required repairs etc that needed tending to. I cant imagine that my experience with her could have been any better She is a consummate professional and a very positive part of your team Im sure I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor without hesitation. Alison is wonderful! We had nothing but an amazing experience with her. She is very responsive and provides clarification in a fast and professional manner. She is also very knowledgeable and provides great insights. Her communication is superb!! Alison looks in our best interest and what we are comfortable with. She advises on what will benefit us. alison was quick, responsive and very knowledgeable during our entire interaction on selling our condo. the escrow closing team even emailed me after the transaction on how efficient and responsive she was with them in the background. thanks alison!
