O stars for canceling my appointment (for undisclosed reasons) and having no recourse to schedule another appointment for the rest of the year, or any help whatsoever.

February 1st I had a colonoscopy done at Mountain View Surgery Center. Dr. Kaunteya Reddy did the procedure. He and his entire staff were both professional and caring. I think they have everything down to a science.

I personally had a great experience here. This was my first time doing this procedure. Everyone was very respectful and professional. I appreciated everyone taking their time with me, answering all my questions, making me feel good. So it makes sense that they can get just a bit behind schedule.(not bad at all like these reviews say) My doctor Jo and his staff were all amazing. I recommend this facility. Thank you

I had a dual procedure yesterday (endoscopy and colonoscopy). I've never had an endoscopy so I was a bit anxious that I might vomit during the procedure. Each person with whom I interacted was caring, reassuring, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. They told me what to expect, from A to Z. I was wheeled in at 12:45 (my appt. time) and was in recovery by 1:13 p.m. Afterward, I felt awake and refreshed, and had no pain other than a little cramping due to the gas, which the nurse helped expel by massaging my belly. I recommend this center highly. It was a breeze, from start to finish. Amar was a terrific anesthesiologist, and Dr. Jo's skills were evident given I had NO side effects. Thank you all.

Place is clean, staff seems pretty nice, asking the patients out loud if they're here for a procedure is ridiculous, also asking if they're here for a colonoscopy out loud is ridiculous, also asking them if they drank all the solution out loud is ridiculous. The whole lobby doesn't need to know why a patient is here. Do better with patient privacy.
