Dr Horst has retired & is replaced by Dr. Mohammed Nassar. I was all prepared to really dislike him. I have been with Metropolitan for WAY too long & very vexed at being used to dangerously inept health care there. I am delighted to say that I really am happy with Nissar!   I have been to 2 office visits & so far so good!

This is the worst service I have experienced at any drs office. The lady at the front should NOT be the first person you speak to. She is not a polite person and really seems like she hates her job. I can't wait to transfer doctors, because of her. On top of her crummy attitude, she said she sent in my sons prescription and did not. I called and she says oh I'm sending it now. She STILL did not. An hour later she FINALLY decided to send it over. I know exactly when she sent it because I got a phone call from the office that it was sent the physicians assistant that saw my son was fine. I didn't meet dr Rudrich

It was a 3 week wait to get an appointment. Then I was seen by the female P/A that was a "know it all" without ears. She could care less about anything I explained to her. I am a CANCER patient and needed a referral. It's been 6 weeks and they forgot to get the referral. Many, many calls later and I am still told to keep waiting. What these people don't know is that CANCER does not wait for anyone. If I die from their malpractice, my kids will file suit against these very unprofessional people that should never have been in the medicine field.

I have been going to Dr. Rudrich for about 25+ years. I originally had Kaiser for a few years, was terribly unsatisfied with them. I then switched to a doctor within my network, but I was also not happy with him.  I found Dr. Rudrich and switched.  I was pleased from the beginning and to this day, and my entire family (children/grandchildren) are also his patients.  They recently got a PA, but I haven't been seen by her, so don't have any opinion. Everyone else is wonderful and efficient, and most of all, caring.  The only reason I would change is if he retired or I moved out of the area.  Thank you Dr. Rudrich and staff!
