    Staff was rude and didn't seem to care. After my appointment, I had a question regarding something in my appointment. Tried calling multiple times to ask, and no one returned my call for a week. When they finally did, they just scheduled me a phone call visit. I didn't want to have to pay AGAIN, right after my appointment but they wouldn't answer my question without the appointment. The doctor refused to answer it. They also never sent my prescription in for my son. Very frustrating and very unprofessional place. Definitely don't waste your time going here.

    Please save your time and your gas, provider is not welcoming, quite rude, Unprofessional, and will dismiss you. If you were referred to this facility please please Ask for a new referral to someone who will actually take the time to take your allergy conditions serious. Also appointments arent available until a month after you go go in the first time. Worst medical provided Ive ever encountered.

    Horrible !!!!!! Front staff does not welcome patients for one neither do they tell you what's next all they say is sign your name and you sit there like a dummy, 2nd the doctor was very RUDE AND HOSTILE she would ask a question and before I could answer she would ask 3 more questions . After I told her she was rude we got in a heated argument and the cherry on top was not even the argument the clinic literally represents her souls so grey and bland NO COLOR NO PLANTS ugly clinic

    This is an update to my review of 3/6. I was called by the receptionist that my records would be available for pick up. It took 3 trips to the office. First, it was closed during regular office hours, and when I arrived I was presented with a notably new folder that only contained cherry-picked records. I have been a patient at that facility for more than 20 years. The last two pages of the file had a 10-year gap between. I told the receptionist that if I were paying for bringing my medical records to Loma Linda, then I wanted all of my records. I was told that was my file. I told her that was not my file. As a patient, I knew that my file was huge--as records are not digitized--and that actually I had 2 files, I saw the file every time that I was in the office labeled "2 of 2". She then told me that she would have "to find" the rest of my records. I walked out refusing to pay for my records and had no further contact from her office. Today (3/22/17), I was at Loma Linda Sinus & Allergy for my appointment, and said that Dr. Bala's office had not cooperated in releasing my records such that I could bring them in prior to my appt. I signed a release request, and the same anemic file was faxed to Loma Linda. At least I hadn't paid for it, and the MD and staff understood that it was not my full medical records.

    I think it's very inconsiderate to have someone show up to an appointment and get told when arriving that you have a $200 deductible and then getting told "I've been busy" for the reason not to tell me on the phone and then telling me I have to reschedule in person. ITS YOUR JOB TO TELL SOMEONE ESPECIALLY considering I am going there for my allergies, something I can really take lightly and constantly feeling sick because of. To make matters worse I drove far because I was referred here by my doctor who is great and was hoping it would be the same here since my primary is very helpful. COMPLETE opposite. Save yourself the time and trouble and find somewhere else to go that is willing to work with you.
