I can see why this office rating is so low at this office, completely disrespectful. I don't know the lady who answered the phone, but she hung up on me and rejected my attempts to call back. Stay away from this practice, these people are supposed to be in healthcare helping people but sound like they hate their jobs and the people who call in.
I called in and simply asked the front desk lady if Carol was in the office. She asked, "Can I take a message?" I asked, "Is she in today or is she out sick" and she said "excuse me like I offended her somehow by asking a simple question politely.

Dreadful! Took my son there for the first time and it was a pain trying to find the place! No signs are posted and you have to call them to even get in, so they can open the gate. Place is outdated and kinda dirty. Walked in and there were 2 desks that were an absolute disaster with papers scattered all over! Had an appointment and the doc didn't come in til 1 hour later! There were no other patients! Drs name was Hung Bo. My son could hardly understand him when the doc asked him questions. He then left the room to get my son's shot record from the front nurses and we waited for another 20 min and nothing. So I finally just walked out and now changing my sons doctor!

I love DR like, and the current nurses that's there. BUT THE NEW GIRL THEY HIRED, SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED!!!! SHE DONT DO HER JOB, SHE IS RUDE, SHE DONT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. SHES ALWAYS PUTTING PEOPLE ON HOLD, WHILE BEING ON HER PHONE. SHE TAKES FOREVER. HAS NO PROPER TRAINING AT ALL. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT KIND OF NURSE SHE IS. SHE HUNG UL ON ME SEVERAL TIMES. WHILE I AM CURRENTLY PREGNANT. SHE IS THE RUDEST PERSON. AND DR. LUKE NEEDS TO FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY OR HE WILL BE LOOSING A LOT OF PATIENTS COMINGTHRU. THE NEW GIRL HAS NOOOOOOO SELF RESPECT FOR NOBODY OR TRAINIG

I guess the problem most people have here are the long wait times to see the Doctor. I dont enjoy waiting either ( who does? ) but if you notice, when it's your turn you have the Doctor's and staffs complete attention! You are waiting because Dr. Luke is giving that same care and attention to the patients in front of you! I trust Dr. Luke and his staff in Grand Terrace and Redlands!
