One of their "nurse practitiones," Michelle Buckman, prescribed Gabapent for me, which is not approved by the FDA for psychiatric use, as an alternative to another medication. She also did not inform me of possible negative side effects, which were considerable. I ended up having to go through an extremely difficult withdrawal. I also saw two "therapists" there who weren't worth the time and insurance money.

They should fire their entire back office staff, or at least whoever is the incompetent idiot who manages them. Who ever runs these facilities have their head stuck up their... After all the damn paperwork you have to fill out they managed to cancel our first appointment with Alana Hendrix without even telling us! Then I tried to reach them all day and got NOT one call back from any of the offices I called. How unprofessional. What a waste of time.

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, poorly run business I have ever dealt with. They rarely answer the phone, the providers I have dealt with are only there to push meds and get money and spend as little time with you as possible. my phone sessions were generally two minutes, yet I was charged my entire co-pay and my insurance company was charged for an entire session every time! They don't inform you of what you owe and they just charged my card for appointments from nine months ago without even contacting me. This is the worst mental health facility I've ever dealt with.

Front office and their billing was the worst and they were rude when confronted. Counselor saved the day for them. Not going back!

If I had any advice to give, it would be to go somewhere else. I had full faith that things had changed at this location, but no. The front desk is horrible. If you get anyone on the phone, they are rude. They also take MULTIPLE DAYS to return an important phone call. The therapist I was assigned said I "canceled to many appointments," but he was the reason they were canceled. He would call when they weren't scheduled and make me feel like I had forgotten. It made my anxiety worse.
