Redlands Cleaning

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with. I booked a 4-hour deep clean a week in advance and received 3 text confirmations over the week. On the scheduled day, no one came. I finally received a text telling me there should have been an email telling me 2p instead of 1p. I agreed to the new time and still no one showed and now no one will answer my texts or voicemails. Unreal.

Still dirty floors weren’t cleaned nor the bathroom was still left dirty also window blinds left dirty. Very unhappy with this clean for $140 not worth it

Arlene did an amazing job on our move out cleaning for our condo! She had it in tip top shape, move in ready! At a great price too!!!

I cannot agree with the badly written reviews for Redlands Cleaning. Arlene arrived right on time for our scheduled home cleaning service appointment, right from the start Arlene displayed only acts of a very well mannered professional, she introduced herself at the door as I greeted her then asked to lead her through my home for a quick tour while walking through she allowed me to talk about my cleaning service needs once finished with the tour and discussion she thanked me and let me know she was going run out to grab her things she came back in a flash ready and went right to work. Arlene worked diligently and efficiently the entire 5 hours she was in my home. Through out the cleaning she kept a cheerful attitude and before she started to vacuum she first asked me if it was okay to run the vacuum. She would say please and thank you. And at the end of the service I was in amazement of how beautiful this one little women cleaned my entire 2 two story, 3,000 square foot home. I could not find a single crumb in my kitchen or a spec of dust any where not even behind things like furniture or on shelves ect. Arlene cleaned every single area from visual surface to even the hidden areas of my home. And because I did not feel that what she charged me was nearly close to enough for the outstanding work she did i added on to her charge an extra $100 even then I felt she should have gotten more. Arlene is modest and shows true passion in her cleaning. Arlene you did an exceptional job, as I am sure you do with any job you do for everyone you clean for, you are utterly respectful not to mention professional without a doubt I will have you return again to clean my home. I cannot thank you enough, thank you hon for your hard work and dedication.
