The ONLY reason this place got a star is because you can't write a review without it. BELIEVE ME, LifeCare Solutions provides the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! Not to mention that they sent all my personal information (including my medical records!) to another company without my permission or even a notification that they were going to do so! They said they sent all the patient records to Verus at the beginning of November. When I found out today and complained that I hadn't even been notified, they said they were working on a letter to send to all the patients. Really?!!! You're working on a letter to notify the patients that all their personal information and medical records have been sent elsewhere AFTER you've already done it? When I questioned Anthony at Lifecare about sending all my information without my permission, he told me I was welcome to call another supplier. I don't often hang up on other people, but had no choice today. Definitely looking into other options for my medical supplies!

I've had very poor experiences here. The last time I visited the people at the front just sat there gossiping for 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. They've said they would call and never did. They said they would mail me something and never did. It took lots of back and forth for several WEEKS just to get a replacement mask for my CPAP. Unfortunately this is the only place that my insurance covers, so they can afford to give terrible service.

I strongly suggest using another supplier if available. This company is not customer friendly
