Very unprofessional. I texted and called Monica so that she could fix what I didnt like about my hair that she did and she left me on read and I never received a call back. Will not be coming back here.

I went to Monica a few years back. She was so unprofessional. I would always make my appointment for first thing in the morning, and she always managed to be late (40 mins + late). If I did book anything in the afternoon, she would work with 2-3 clients at a time, therefore it's a lot of waiting because she is working with so many people. I was very patient since it was my first time getting my hair blonde so I didn't know any different. The last time I went to her, she left my strands of hair so patchy. They were not blended at all. If I picked up a strand of hair it would have yellow on the top and orange on the bottom. I decided to immediately contact her to see if she could fix my hair. She claimed that she would get back to me. So I patiently waited, after a few days, I texted/ called her because I couldn't go out with my hair looking so bad. She never texted me back, then blocked my number. The only reason I am writing this review so late is because she has done it to others as well. So if you're looking for someone profession who is going to make sure that you love your hair, don't go to her!
