Great Clips

Coming here made my whole day! Had a really bad experience at the great clips in highland and my husband brought me here and the customer service walking in was amazing really friendly and the hairdresser that cut my hair did not disappoint she was amazing and left with the best haircut I have ever received. Thank yall that work at great clips in Redlands yall are amazing!

Ive only been to this Great Clips twice. I found that it was closer to my home but never again will I go to this Great Clips the first time I checked in and it told me 35 minutes I was 20 minutes away and by the time I got there it was already ready Time for me to be seen they said I was late and I had to wait till the back of the line . this time I left work from Fontana and I checked in at 1:25 and it said 58 minute wait it took me 30 minutes to get there when I got there. Sadly it said I still have 40 minutes to wait when I walked in I waited for about 15 minutes, as there was 12 people ahead of me there was only two ladies working one lady said she was going to go on a 10 minute break. She was gone for over a half an hour and came back with her kids. Everyone was frustrated for every five minutes I waited. Only one minute diminished from the time that I had to wait , after waiting over an hour and still six people in front of me I decided to leave and I went to the salon next-door where they immediately took me in got me done and when I got to my car I still had 20 minutes to wait for Great Clips on my phone ridiculous if theres gonna be a timer on the check in it needs to be correct

I had great service and the cut I asked for exceeded my expectations, I wish I could remember the lady who cut my hair, she's a little older wear glasses petite Caucasian women, she's amazing
