Exclusive Garden Decor

We went to this place we were happily attended by this guy (we do not know the name of the guy) but then we got NO fountain whatsoever and havent gotten our money back.

i hired exclusive garden decor to install a side gate, deck, and privacy gate around the hottub in my backyard. install was promised within a week. 3 weeks later they started and damaged the brick wall AND new gate upon install. the owner promised to repair it, he never did nor did he finish the job. the deck install took another month as they would show up maybe once a week and would only work for an hour (several times i caught the napping in my backyard hidden around the side of the house)upon final completeion of the deck they installed the provacy fence but NOT the entry gate. they put up a series of pallets w rusty nails to cover the entryway and promised the install was only waiting on powdercoat and would be done in 2 days. 3 months later, multiple lies about the progress of the powdercoat, and ignored phone calls later, the rusty gate fell on one of my children and he needed a tetanus shot for an incident caused by a dangerous gate installed by the owner. i went to his shop to let him know and ask the gate be completed upon which he promised install within 3 days. 2 weeks later, no gate. no answer. they are dishonest, disorganized, lazy, and kept my money for an unfinished product that resulted in injury. go elsewhere.
