I called 4 different garage door companies, he was one of the few who was able to talk me through approximate cost/process and options, and gave me the flexibility of choosing the door I wanted. He answered all of my questions and his price was similar to others (slightly more expensive than the cheapest I found, but Jeff sounded like a better fit than the slightly cheaper company).
After our phone call he came over, measured, looked at the space and ordered the new door. A few days later he brought it over and installed it in a few hours. We found that our old opener couldn't handle the weight of the new door, so he sent me a link to a good opener. I ordered in from Home Depot and he came and installed it a couple of days later.
Great person, great experience. I can't believe how easy the whole process was.
