Uniquely personable. Robert consistently arrived  when he said he would. A few times when he was juggling multiple jobs he had to leave more quickly than I would have preferred but no worries. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.and the floor looks great. Much better than I initially expected.

Professional, dependable, quality work. I called this company to remedy renter damage in a 1929 home with hardwood floors. He rectified what was possible and gave us tips on maintaining the rest of the original wood detail in the home. A+ service. Recommend without reservations.

Robert did a great a great job refinishing our 20+ year old engineered wood floor.  He is very detailed and meticulous and had to do a lot of hand sanding since the floor had had only about 1/8 of an inch (or less) of real wood.  Unfortunately, he had to sand it down again after he stained it the first time, due to the stain grabbing ingrained oily spills, etc.  We were so pleased with the results that we paid him $200 extra, to show our appreciation for all his hard work and for the spectacular results!I highly recommend Robert and Redlands Wood Renewal.

Robert is great to communicate with- which puts your mind at ease. His work is excellent. He pays attention to detail. A few months after our floors were refinished- a board started to separate. He came back no problem and fixed the problem (related to age of wood and not his fault) I would highly recommend him.

Robert did a wonderful job on our old 1958 wood floors they are beautiful. He sanded and applied 3 coats of sealant and I really feel like he did a great job. The price was in the middle of three other quotes I received. Redlands Wood Renewal was licensed and bonded and the contractors licence was active on the contractors state license board, which is super important to me. I'm super happy and I know you will be too, if you hire him.
