Dont get me wrong I love Dutch bros. But I had to wait 40-45 min for 1 regular cup of coffee. Mind you I got off my car thinking it would be faster. The drive thru moved way quicker than getting off. Personally they dont have a system in place for people that get off their vehicles to order. Please assure you prioritize both the drive thru and people getting off their vehicles. I think its ridiculous to wait 45 min for 1 cups of coffee. I could have gotten in the drive thru line and gotten my drink much quicker.
