Hatfield Buick GMC

I put a deposit down on a truck that this dealership had ordered. When it finally arrived, I noticed a couple of items on the truck didn't match the specifications on the website and window sticker. They did not make any effort to resolve the issues. With trucks being so hard to find right now, I was basically told "take it or leave it, there are other people that will buy it if you don't". Hearing that and paying the "Market Adjustment" confirms for me that this dealership is more concerned with the money than the customer service. Greg did fine, just a reflection of the dealership as a whole.

Mickey did a great job in getting us in and out quickly. He spoke to my husband over the phone so once we got there car was ready and all we did was sign. We had a great experience and I’m in love with my Yukon XL AT4.

My wife and I just bought a new truck through Hatfield and we had the best experience at a dealership ever. From the second we walked on the lot Rod was friendly, helpful and most importantly to us upfront with all fees. The truck we wanted was still in transit so we put a hold on it. The day we went to pick it up all the papers were ready exactly to the terms we had agreed upon and all we had to do was sign the papers and we were done. Can’t say enough good things about Rod and the car buying experience we had!

Having an appointment on one day. Waited over 6 hours with no call, we called to check the progress and was told it hadn’t even been started. We picked up and took in first thing next day and was told would be done that day. No calls again from service department, called an hour before they closed and was told they were not going to finish the car. Then had to “fight” to try and get a loaner as the car was needed to go to work next day. Wasted our two days off. When they finally agreed to rental as no loaners were available, it took nearly an hour to get through the process. Absolute nightmare. Service advisor never communicated and should be washing cars at best! Adrian was his name!
