Had gotten all black dye & 2 strips bleached & dyed grey. Within the first 2 days the black bled into my grey completely & I was told that it was just gonna wash out so to just wash it a few times a day?? Never did wash out & the color didnt last a week !! This was my first time here & last!

My existing hairstylist had retired. My partner has had Lisa cut his hair for over 35 years. So I trusted his opinion to have Lisa cut, style and highlight my hair. Made an appointment with Lisa for the highlight because I had colored my hair dark. I know it was impossible on the first try but I was hoping for the best. Throughout the process, she was very detailed about what she was doing to my hair and she really took her time on it. Within three hour later as you can see, it turned out amazing and I am very happy .
