very nice resort atmosphere three pools and three Jacuzzis they just repainted and do landscaping. Feel very safe and happy here.

I wanted to give some time before actually posting a review, but now after finally be settled in for about a month. I just want to say how extremely blessed me and my family are. This place is wonderful, I love the landscaping every Monday, they really care about the property, the fast and responsive maintenance, the location, the high ceilings in our upstairs apartment, just everything. Im a chef and work graveyard so being able to peacefully relax during the day is a plus, and it's so quiet here. Thank you to Leticia and the staff for doing everything in their power to get us accepted here, we are truly grateful. I Cant wait to utilize the gym soon, and enjoy the pool and spa with my family. While of course using the grill

I'm currently going through the application process, and so far, the leasing agent, Ali Diaz, has been nothing short of fantastic. From the fun and bubbly tour of the model unit and apartment grounds to her thorough and prompt responses to all of our questions, she has been everything you could ask for in a leasing agent. Even after office hours, she corresponded with me to help complete my application and has been keeping my household and me updated on the progress. If you're considering taking a look at Redlands Lawn & Tennis, I highly recommend asking for Ali. She has yet to disappoint. ** Update: I've been living here for a little while now, and have not been disappointed. The lawn and grounds are always kept well trimmed and clean, neighbors are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. Maintenance and pest services are great and prompt, and even among a handful of emergency plumbing repairs to the building, I've been informed promptly by email of any water shutoffs. And occasional community events, like pizza nights, decoration contests, and Free TV giveaways are just icing on an already satisfying cake. A great place to live so far.

Been living here for several months now and couldn't be happier with choosing Redlands Lawn and Tennis. Affordable rent prices, modern apartments, variety of amenities, plenty of parking, and clean and quiet property. Minutes away from restaurants, businesses, and shops. Would highly recommend to others.

This place is exceeding my expectations. Very clean and quiet neighborhood, pet friendly. Minutes away from schools, church, eateries, groceries (Target, Walmart, Food for Less, bunch of Asian Markets and walking distance to Stater Bro), downtown redlands, train station, hospitals, clinic, veterinarians (ER and Hospital), plaza. The hospitality is also top notch, they fixed all problems right away and everything is online, super convenient. We shopped around Redlands before making our decision and this place ticked all the boxes for us. Recommended and will stay here for foreseeable future.
