Redding Area Bus Authority

Was stranded yesterday as my transfer left as we were arriving. Had to wait for an hour in the wind with no shelter whatsoever. Dont understand why a transfer station has nothing but gravel. They have stops with little traffic that have seats and protection from the elements. Also Google seems to be out of sync with the schedule

The paying customers can't even use the bus stop areas for coverage while waiting! DRUGGIES use it as their own person areas & F.U.B.A.R it up to were it's not even suitable for waiting... Patrol & maintain your areas for paying customers!!!

Usually I dont have any issues riding the bus, but recently Ive had horrible experiences one where I was left in tears because the bus driver was so rude to me, it was the lady bus driver with greyish blondeish short hair heavy set, first time I didnt have enough money for the bus which tbh I think is stupid, if you dont have change for a $5 bill youre stuck paying $5 thats that for that day, theyll let people ride for free all summer long but the one day when I needed to use the bus system and didnt have enough money, they couldnt be considerate and help me out. They can give bus passes for free like planned parent hood gives away condoms but they cant let a struggling citizen ride, second experience I had with this bus driver I had a transfer ticket and she rudely asked me to show her my ticket, very unhappy with the way I was treated, Some of your bus drivers need an attitude check or a different job because they sure as hell act unhappy
