Comtec is the most honest company I have worked with in a long time.  They do whatever it takes to solve your problem, in the most logical approach, usually saving customer money.  Their work is outstanding. They follow through with all requests.  The entire staff has been courteous and helpful with every contact.

We have worked with Joe from Com Tec for at least 10 years and Com Tec technicians have been readily available for any repairs in most cases  immediately. After the campfire, they put in a new installation as soon as we were able to get an office re-opened in Chico. A couple of weeks ago we moved back up onto the ridge in Paradise and their two technicians moved our new system along with us. I was astonished when they had to deal with our indecision and contemplation while trying to decide where phones would be located, that they never once showed any expression of frustration waiting for those decisions or even when we moved phones/extensions around after they had been placed! I was so thankful for their generous nature and their professionalism. This is an excellent company to work with!
