        I love Jackson Hewitt Been going to them for years and I will never choose any other place. They always get my taxes done with excellence and are very kind to my husband and I every year we come in. They always make sure we get the most out of our refund. They are hands down the best in town. I always tell everyone to choose Jackson Hewitt!

        I would not recommend filing through Jackson hewitt in redding. Jackson Hewitt in Redding has trainees that are learning how to file your taxes on the job. The Manager Judy was inexperianced and did not know how to file K1s and made mistakes on my wife and our joint return. Their mistakes resulted in incorrect information on our returns and resulted in a 3 month hold on our return. We payed quite a bit of money to have help if there were issues with our return and when we called and asked for her to review she never called us back. Still to this day I am not able to get a callback from her. Unacceptable.

        The staff was great but miss Judy was the greatest. She was so kind and patient that I definitely will be going back next year. The energy with the staff we met was so high it was contagious. Judy your the best.
