Quite possibly the best visit to a Subway I've ever been to. Tyler was our Sandwich artist and made every effort possible to make our experience better. Paid extreme attention to detail and genuinely cared about us. We'll be back definitely.

Even though this Subway claims to be open until 9 pm, the Manager on duty this evening, Danel, decided to close at 830 (possibly earlier) and turn hungry customers away without feeding them. I would understand if it was 850 or 855, even 845 I could rationalize her decision. However, posted hours are posted for a reason, and Subway is not a sit down restaurant where they have to wait for their clients to finish their food, pay the tab, bus the table etc. Does a fast food drive through tell cars that have already entered their line at 30 minutes til closing that they are closed for inventory purposes with no posted notice. Does mall management know that you decided to stop operating your business 30 minutes prior to the time indicated on your lease agreement? Does your district manager know you turned away a sale at 830, all food items ALREADY put away for the evening (at least a 10 minute or longer activity - so when did she start turning customers away?)? Regardless, I am a truly disgruntled customer who was really looking forward to a rotisserie chicken sandwich on the new delicious ciabatta bread. After working 13 hours today and thinking about that sandwich for the last 4, it was truly disheartening to be turned away by a heartless manager. She should be demoted back to a simple sandwich maker if she cant make strategic business decisions.
