We greatly appreciate the help we received from Jennifer on the process of purchasing a home. She held our hands through the process, which for us means explaining and breaking down each step of the process. She provided a packet that includes the steps we will go through to purchase a home and even provided us a timeline for steps along the way. She also connected us with the right people along the way mortgage lender, home inspector, air quality tester, and pest inspector, etc.The first day I sent a message to the Vylla site asking for to be our realtor she responded within 15 minutes. And this was the type of communication we received from her throughout, promptly!

Jennifer is absolutely the BEST with her assistant Jocelyn!  I sold my home of 31+ years in order to start a new chapter in my life.  From staging my home beautifully, to the amazing professional photos and video, every step of the way Jennifer knew exactly how to get me the most of my home.  She not only negotiated expertly but was there every time I had a question throughout the entire process.  Jennifer provides such personal service you feel at ease selling your home!  I would and do recommend Jennifer to anyone I know!
