If youre in Redding and need to find a commercial property then look no further - Jess Whitlow and her wonderful assistant Katlyn are the best in town! They have worked together as a team for over 7 years, they are dynamic individually, and together are highly efficient, skillful and kind! Jess is a world-class problem-solver - she has extensive experience and knowledge of her field and helped me solve difficult issues in record-breaking time - literally helped me find a property that was appropriately zoned, had the amenities I needed (and on short notice too) as I had trouble finding a property that met all of my commercial needs. She literally solved my problems with one phone call, got me situated AND saved me a bunch of money that I would have otherwise had to pay! She connected me to a handyman, solved my concerns small and large, and again in record time. She was thoughtful in considering all of my needs, lightening fast in her responses and got everyone on board the lease with her excellent communication skills. Jess with Cox Real Estate is exceptional in her professionalism and care. We were looking to start our new business here in Redding and she really took time to learn what we needed and helped guide us with ease.
