Eric was fantastic! We had to sell my father-in-law's house in a senior gated community. We live four hours away and had never sold property before, so were anxious about how challenging it would be. We interviewed Eric due to his experience with the unique aspects of selling a house in these types of communities. He explained everything to us clearly, answered all out questions, was empathetic to our family's situation, and we felt very comfortable hiring him. That comfort quickly turned into relief, then to joy as he made the process smooth and easy. He told me he would be my "hands in Redding" and we wouldn't have to make the drive to handle getting the house ready and he sure followed through on that! My husband and I were first time home buyers this year. We had so many things on our list of requirements, things we thought we had to have. The first time we went out looking at houses with Eric we had a list of homes to look at. None of those houses were the right fit for us. We were so disappointed. We knew we shouldn't have been disappointed, I mean who picks the perfect house the first time looking? Eric then told us he had two other houses he wanted us to see that were not on our list. I had not even looked twice at these houses. We went to one of the houses and walked in and we just knew. We knew this was where we wanted to live. It was perfect. Perfect for us. It was what we wanted, when we didn't even know it was what we wanted. Eric had listened to us go on and on about what we wanted in a house. He took such care in what we wanted. He found us the perfect home. A home we hadn't even thought about looking at. Eric found us our forever home. Thank you so much Eric for taking such good care of us.
