        Frank Trotter is a great example of "yesterday's real estate agent". He is very personable and good with sales however he has failed to evolve and adapt to new technologies that are imperative to marketing a home in today's technical world. We hired him because he presented extremely well, we fired him after our home didn't sell over 200 days later. We immediately re-listed our home with a more tech-savvy agent for the same price, our home finally saw the exposure to the marketplace we deserved, and we had 5 offers within 8 days, accepted one, and it was sold 27 days later. Frank can talk the talk but cannot walk the walk of today's real estate agent.
