Mistletoe Realty

I started renting from Mistletoe and two years later the owner switched rental companies and the agents, which I wont mention by name but she knows who she is, turned over to the new company our leases. Recently the owner decided to sell the house Im living in and call Mistletoe to see if things that were were not here but the lease said was. The lease said that the property came with two garage door openers and that they were in a drawer in kitchen. When I got the keys and entered the house and looked in the drawer there was only one. I called and told the agent and thought there was a note put in file. Come to find out there wasnt and when I called to ask about it the agent said that it was so long ago that she didnt remember. Her advice for her not remembering was, well go buy another one and program it or they will charge you for it. This company doesnt care about customers they are all about money and not doing their duties. The reason the owner switched companies in the first place was because they were double charging them for services that werent even getting done. This company is not one that you can trust and would not recommend them to anyone. Unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. No accountability for their actions at all and they abuse their power with their falsely written contracts and refusal to make them correct

Im a renter through mistletoe and Im so happy to have found them! Tami is always helpful and great to work with. I appreciate her and this local business so much.
