I interviewed three agents/firms to list my home in Redding. I was very pleased with Sandy Duggan from Cory Meyer. He was responsive and a clear communicator. He offered assistance with workmen when needed. The video they prepared of my home was beautiful. I spent a lot of time staging the home- but the photographer captured it's best features. I went on vacation and the listing hit. In two hours the house was sold. Full price. I could not have been happier. I credit Sandy and his pricing. Others low balled me. I knew my renovations would bring more money. It was a good decision to go with Sandy. I highly recommend him and his team at Cory Meyer.
