Hired by my Dad. Worst mistake of my life. Total nightmare. My personal experience is this guy is rude, especially to women did not care about my case my situation I think because of the particular case that I had which involved my dad, so my dad paid this guy hell make a bunch of promises before you pay him and my experience was he never called me never updated me right away he told me going to do mental diversion or veterans diversion. He had me pay extra money to a psychologist, and then when we went to court, the court would not even allow what he had had planned for my case I never received the assessment from the psychologist I paid for it in October, we went to court a month later with no assessment. The experience I had with this attorney was worse than the case that Im dealing with. He told me a jury would hate me and all kinds of things he told my husband that I was crazy because after you realize that somebodys been paid so much money and theyre doing nothing whatsoever for your case and treating you like garbage with no communication whatsoever. Of course anybody under that amount of stress would be upset if you want an attorney I would recommend Greg Abbott.

Mr Hamilton represented my family member. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Mr Hamilton. He's the best!

Well I was actually from what he has said his DUI case. Back in 2014. Not only did I have to go online and Facebook myself and find evidence of the person partying and not hurt in any way after claiming I hurt her severely. With no help from Mr.Hamilton my Attorney. I was involved in a fender bender with, at 7am, after a long night of drinking the night before. I felt fine but still had alcohol in my system. Quite a bit and ended up with a dui amongst a couple other charges due to the accident. I posted bail. Met with my attorney. Had court a month later. Was rebooked into the jail after paying $5000 to bail out, had to rebail AGAIN due to him not being able to defend my case well enough to keep me out of jail even on bail. So another $5000 down the drain ($10,0000 in just bail.) I paid him almost $10,000 also to literally do nothing for me. He didnt help me stay out of jail for work, he didnt find the evidence that was provided to dismiss the injury, he didnt even care I feel like. I get it was a while ago, but its something that has personally bothered me since due to spending my whole lifes savings on nothing. It was already bad enough I made a dumb choice I had to learn from but I feel like I shouldve never been charged for him to defend me nor to bail from jail twice. Thats crazy. So I would highly not recommend him. Maybe if he made things right and refunded my attorney fees and just admitted he was new to that part of the practice and wasnt knowledgeable Enough I would consider thinking of his intentions as pure and not as I do now. But to be joe st he seems out for the money, no care for the client and obviously no care to even make things right when he knows that was wrong on his part. Other than that he was a nice guy. But he didnt do what shouldve been done to help me. At all.
