My child and family were traumatized at this office. It is understaffed, chaotic, and there were missed prescriptions, and in accurate diagnosis ending in medical trauma. I am still considering reporting to the Dental Board. I would recommend finding a more attentive and safe office.

Very impressed. I just took my 18mth old in for her first appoint and Dr Nickravesh was amazing. My daughter was very anxious however the doctor was so caring and sweet my daughter loved her. Even the check in and check out process was easy and the staff was great. Definaltey going back for future appoints, highly reccomend this office.

So, I am leaving three stars because I really enjoyed this dentist & I was hoping this could be my kids' dentist through their childhood. I thought the dentist was great as well as all the dental assistants we seen while there. It was nice that my kids were comfortable and never complained about having to go. But I will now not go back after being sent a bill for appointments that were supposed to be covered 100%. Instead of consulting with my insurance company or reviewing their previous dental records they went ahead and did work that had already been done. I would still recommend people come here, just pay attention to the work being done.

Watch out for double and over billing.  Every visit I paid the copay from my insurance only to be billed for previous visits that insurance supposedly did not cover.  Would pay in office and then be billed additionally after the fact. I sent check stubs to show and only then did they reason with me. I'm disappointed with this office. Additionally, the turn over in staff in that office over the past six years is high. Dr. Nickravish is just the best! It is so wonderful to finally find a pediatric specialist in Redding that makes you feel like family! Kind, honest, patient and all around amazing! She also has the the best staff! I'm so happy to have found them!
