        If I could give zero stars I would, this guy is a joke. His communication skills are absolutely horrendous, and always finding ways to make excuses for why he cant start working on a loan. I called him to tell him I wanted to end all business with him, and he tried to take responsibility for poor communication. Out of good faith, I decided to try to continue with him. Uploaded everything that was asked of us, and since then, we have heard nothing. Its been over a year. If you are trying to buy a house, go to anyone but this guy

      “Chris, we pride ourselves on excellent communication, we are disappointed that you felt our communication was unsatisfactory. The last time you and I spoke was August of 2022. You shared with me your seasonal job with a local park service had just ended. Your employer decided to eliminate your position and you had just enrolled as a student in a trade school. The park service was in the process of creating a new position that you hoped to get, however, the position had not been approved, there was no start date and you were going to compete for the position with other candidates. I explained that without acceptable income we could not approve you for a mortgage. I asked you to contact me when you had secured employment and we would be happy reevaluate your situation. This is the first time I have heard from you in a year. If you would like us to take another look at your credit worthiness for a mortgage approval feel free to reach out to us. 530.244.0913. Thank You.”
