    I have been insured with Farmers for 23 years. I also have 16 years of education with insurance. I would first like to say that the comment is very uneducated and clearly out of hate. An insurance agent has no control over a companies premiums.  Ken has great respect for all of his clients and when he see the company do anything in a different way he does his best to make his customers happy. He's a great agent and I'm sorry this person felt the need to write such a negative comment but clearly it's extremely incorrect. Ken takes the time to go over all questions I have I understand there are increases in premiums just like there is an increase in minimum wage. On that note I will continue to have insurance with Ken till he retires. His years of education keep me at peace that he will always do right for my family and I.

    Had Ken as an insurance agent for over 20 years. He was constantly overcharging me for the policy premiums. I felt like I had to stick with him because I was in a rural area and thought no one else would insure me due to the fires. I should have checked with a different company long ago. I finally got a quote with someone else and the premium for cars, boat, motorcycle, and homeowners is over $300 cheaper a month! I was told by Ken that there was nothing he could do to lower my premium unless I wanted lower coverage and higher deductibles. So, after 23 years of being a customer I sent him an email thanking him for the coverage and requesting that he cancel my policy. I received a response that is more than a slap in the face. Acting as if he was doing me some kind of favor over the years with what he was charging me. His rudeness was only matched by the amount of problems we received if we ever had to file a claim, which was never an easy process the few times it was done. Save your money - go to someone who cares about his customers and doesnt gouge you.
