        Repeatedly parks in driving lanes blocking in residents despite having clear and unobstructed access to parking spaces less than 10 yards away. Does not answer phone calls. Apparently they're the only ones with a job to go to.

        A home warranty company tried to fix my unit and ended up breaking it more than it was originally. I called Stephan, got a whole new system installed before the summer heat. About 6 months ago I asked him if he could relocate my unit to the other side of my house. No problem Stephan said, and not I have more parking on my side yard. Lastly this week he had his 2 very professional employees come over to install a whole house fan and also vented my range hood. Would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you again Stephan!       S Ann, our company vehicles were parked exactly where we were instructed to park by onsite property management. Due to having a truck and attached work trailer, we were instructed to park along side the curb, which still left plenty of room for other vehicles to utilize the parking spots, to park, pull out, and back up. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We were called out there to install new heaters for families without any heat, so hopefully warm cozy homes for the holidays for you and your neighbors can make up for any inconvenience our parking may have caused.
