During my attendance at a conference at Bethel Church, I sought accommodation that transcended the typical confines of a standard hotel room. The establishment I chose provided a remarkably inviting, apartment-like atmosphere, significantly enhancing the comfort and quality of my stay. The staff exhibited a notable level of friendliness and professionalism, contributing positively to the experience. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast offered was commendable, aligning with the overall high standards of service and hospitality experienced. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay, reflecting the establishment's commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and a welcoming environment.

For those considering a stay here: I strongly advise against it; this has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had at a hotel. There are two main issues that greatly affected my stay:
(1) I am utterly baffled by the genius who thought it wise to implement motion-detection light controls in the hotel rooms. Upon arrival, I was greeted by some guests who had also struggled to figure out how to illuminate their rooms. While initially challenging to activate upon entry, these lights seem to have a mind of their own and turn on easily while you're trying to sleep. The absurdity of having to lie perfectly still at night to avoid the entire room lighting up is beyond frustrating. FYI, 5+ times per night for me :)
(2) I am also disappointed with the hot water system. It takes an exorbitant amount of time to get hot water for a shower. I ran the water for approximately 10 minutes, only to find it still quite cold. I began to wonder if this was the maximum temperature available that night. Despite my frustration, I reluctantly accepted this reality. However, the situation became even more infuriating when the hot water finally arrived just as I was finishing my shower. Is it the design's intention to waste 30 minutes of running water just to obtain hot water? This inefficiency is unacceptable and environmentally irresponsible.
