Unreliable hospice care. When you need help, this company will fail you. Some days no one shows up, and no one calls. Nurses and home care aides do a fine job- BUT management of scheduling is terrible and RUDE when you call to see if anyone is coming out on your SCHEDULED days. If you can- hire Nessa Home Care/ Redding. They are fantastic, compassionate and VERY reliable!

Mercy Home Health has been nothing but difficult and unreliable with my mother.  They make appointments and show up hours later with no explanation and they call and expect her to drop everything to see them when it is convenient for them.  The nurses are supposed to show up on Monday and Thursdays and no one showed up yesterday (Monday).  The social worker called today and expected her to stay home so that the social worker could come out - she was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago and kept calling me saying she couldn't reach my mom yet never called her home or cell phone numbers (per caller id).  I wouldn't recommend Mercy Home Health to anybody!  They have been nothing but a nightmare.
