    I bought a couch here, seems like good quality. They charged me $150 to deliver the couch 2.3 miles away. However, my friend bought items to be delivered to Anderson for a $50 fee (no, it's not because they spent more). I'm happy with the couch, but not happy with the delivery fee. I can't help but feel taken advantage of. I also found the same couch at another place in town for almost $400 less. They also wanted $500 for an ottoman I located at another local place for $299. Their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I'd recommend shopping around and checking delivery fees before deciding to purchase here.

    Please, do NOT purchase from this business. My family was treated awful, and I assume it was based solely on appearances. Not only did the employee make a mistake when submitting the order for the bedroom set they paid $5k for, but when they were sent home with the WRONG SET and tried to come back to get the correct one, they were denied. They were sent home with a bedroom set that was much cheaper, and a LOT smaller, than what they originally ordered and paid for. The associate told them there was nothing they could do to fix the mistake the business made..? When they asked to return the furniture since they were not willing to correct their own mistake to provide them with the proper merchandise, the employee became increasingly rude and refused to return the WRONG bed set THEY gave to my family, resulting in the situation escalating on both ends. Obviously the situation couldve gone different but to not take responsibility is absolutely baffling. Its quite literally a scam, I have a feeling the price range for the set they got is significantly lower than the one they ordered and paid for, and its quite obvious just from looking at it. The dresser alone they received had 2 drawers less and was more compact than from the set they ordered. DO NOT SHOP HERE, its one thing to have a bad day but to inevitable steal from a family is just sad.

    WORST shopping experience ever! The way they advertise their prices is deceptive. And I have never been treated as rudely as Brenda treated me. Best Price Mattress and Furniture is hundreds of dollars cheaper and they have integrity.

image I bought a couch here, seems like good quality. They charged me $150 to deliver the couch 2.3 miles away. Thank you for the review and a change to respond.Mr. Mitchell came in looking for a king bedroom collection. He found one that he liked on the kiosk. Brenda showed him it displayed on our showroom floor. It is also available in white so we had the dresser displayed in white to show color options. Mr. Mitchell looked at the dresser and tried the drawers in the dresser. The bed frame is available with an upholstered bench footboard also, with the headboard being slightly different. Brenda showed Mr. Mitchell the headboard difference on the kiosk. Mr. Mitchell then looked at mattresses. He then said he would send in his girlfriend/wife (can’t remember which he stated). The lady came in with another person to see the bedroom collection that Mr. Mitchell liked. Brenda showed her the collection and she stated she liked it in white but, Mr. Mitchell liked it in brown. The person with her stated she should get the one she likes. Brenda then showed her the mattress he chose. She liked it then they left.Mr. Mitchell came in at a later date and looked at the bedroom collection again and then left.Mr. Mitchell came in on 3/10/23 to purchase the bedroom collection in white with the upholstered bench footboard. Brenda showed Mr. Mitchell the bed on the kiosk and pointed out the headboard was slightly different on the upholstered bench footboard option. Brenda wrote the invoice up with the correct item numbers. Mr. Mitchell wanted an eta of when the bedroom collection would be in. Brenda checked and the bedroom collection had an eta of the following week. The mattress was back ordered so Mr. Mitchell picked out a different mattress that would ship the same time as the bedroom collection. Mr. Mitchell paid a little over $4600 for his purchase and left.On 3-16-23 Brenda called and told them their order was in and Mr. Mitchell came and picked it up.Mr. Mitchell called a while later and said he got the wrong collection. Brenda told him he got the collection and the number is written on his original invoice and on all the boxes. Mr. Mitchell then said “I am sure I’ll be talking to you soon and hung up.” Mr. Mitchell came in the store and said he wanted to return it and Brenda told him we can’t return it. She stated the item numbers are on the invoice and all the boxes. Mr. Mitchell then pulled up a picture of a different bed on his phone and stated this is one he wants/likes. Brenda explained all sales are final and we can’t refund or exchange. He got mad and said “I just spent $5000 f….. dollars on it.” Brenda again said we ordered, and he received, the correct bed and all numbers match. The numbers are displayed on the bedroom collection on the floor, on his invoice, and on the boxes. She explained that he chose that collection and looked at the bed on our showroom floor before purchasing it. It is the correct one. Mr. Mitchell then said “I don’t care about all that, what can we do?” Brenda said “I’m sorry but, we can’t refund or exchange it. (We have signs posted All sales final - no refunds/exchanges and it is printed on all invoices.) Mr. Mitchell then said “remember, I was nice” in a threatening manner. Brenda then said “please don’t threaten me.” Mr. Mitchell then walked towards the exit turned around and called her a “f…… c….”! and left. Mr. Mitchell came in several times, over several months span, and inspected the bedroom collection before purchasing it. All numbers are displayed on the showroom floor, on his invoice, and on all the boxes. As for the comment from this reviewer “My family was treated awful, and I assume it was based solely on appearances.” I am not sure what the reviewer meant by this comment. I can assure we do not discriminate nor treat anyone different based on appearances. We have signs posted stating our policy of All sales final – no return or exchange and it’s on the invoice. We ordered, and Mr. Mitchell received, the correct items.
