Dr Hartwick and his staff are very good at what they do. His staff is wonderful and welcoming and Dr. Hartwick is great and very funny. Actually made getting a root canal an enjoyable experience.

I did not end up using any of there services, but the staff was such a joy to work with. They really took the time to talk to me, were so understanding of my situation and just went above and beyond. I will definitely use this office if the need arrises in the future.

I had a very negative experience here over a year ago where upon arriving the receptionist tried to get me to pay something like $400-$500 dollars prior to even being seen by the dentist, right after walking in the door. I gently refused and said I wanted to at least have my appointment first and she was incredibly dramatic and confrontational about it. Thankfully I didnt pay because in my appointment the dentist ended up discovering that I needed to be referred somewhere else instead for a different kind of procedure. Now a year later they are suddenly sending me a bill saying my insurance didnt pay for the appointment. Would not recommend this office.
