        I had a heart procedure on Monday. Dr pick is fantastic. And that is why you got two stars.my HIPPA rights were violated by a very uneducated male nurse. I have to use this hospital or I would be talking to a lawyer!! It's not cool to ask a person living with HIV/AIDs. If I knew how I got AIDS? In a hallway being taken to surgery? Patients , nurses ,Drs walking by? Very professional!!!

        Wow, not that I go to the emergency room often but I was pleasantly surprised on the care I recieved at Shasta regional. Great job team you guys got me in an out and were able to give me the the attention required so I can make a speedy recovery. Thanks again

        The whole staff was amazing. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of. Jennifer, Kim, John and the rest of the staff sorry didn't remember everyone's names was above and beyond amazing. All of my needs were met prior surgery and after. Thank you for taking such good care of me. You're all angels and a blessing to cross paths with. THANK YOU
