I lost power to my State Farm office over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and although they had a full schedule, they came out right away and replaced main fuse. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Aaron for having efficient business systems and a solid team.

The circuit to my well pump stopped working. I needed a new circuit breaker to be put in but I have a very uncommon 1960s circuit breaker panel system. And the main switch was not turning off power to everything appropriately cuz that circuit breaker is going wonky also . I was referred to Wagner Electric by J&J Pump. A recently installed pump from my well had stopped working. J&J said it's an electrical problem they did not feel safe attempting to fix. They said that I need to get an electrician, because of my odd breakers, and the main was not fully shutting off. I called Wagner electric around 9:30 in the morning and explained how it was the circuit for my well pump and I wasn't getting water in the house until it's replaced. I explained I had an odd style of breakers. The nice person who answered they would have Mike the owner call me back when he came back in. I explained about the odd style breakers and said it might be better if I sent a picture so Mike would know what type of breakers I need. I sent two pictures. Mike showed up around 11:30 and even though he usually doesn't do the work he's more of a estimator for his crews, Mike came prepared and fixed my breaker panel so that my well pump was running by 1 p.m. I was impressed that the owner of a business would take care and get my issue addressed so quickly. Mike and his people are very friendly, they listen to my concerns and they make sure that they can get the job done to my satisfaction. My experience with Wagner electric is with a company that went above and beyond my expectations. The rate for the work is reasonable for the type of work done. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Wagner Electric for their electrician needs.

If you have lots of money to throw away and all the time in the world to spare, these are the guys to hire! I am an elderly disabled person living in a Mobile Home Park who has had no power for a month now. They came out 4 times in the last 4 weeks. The first 2 times they left after looking at wires with the excuse of not having a wire tracer. The 3rd time they restored power to other tenants and said that they will be back next Monday to work on my space. Monday came and went, No Show. Called them and they said they would be out Thursday. They showed up on Wednesday and left without talking to the park manager. Thursday, No Show and a call to them and having them again promise Monday next week to get it repaired! So out of 4 onsite visits so far, they only worked on a restoration of power to other tenants and I was the first to lose my power! 3 of the 4 visits we were charged for them to just come out and look around. Then they gave us excuses why they cannot perform the work ("I don't have a wire tracer" or "We are waiting on a contractor to help us"). Trying to get them to come out in a timely manner is virtually impossible. They come out about once a week and leave without resolving the issue. I think that this future date of NEXT Monday is another lie that they are feeding the manager, the owner and myself, a disabled elderly tenant of the park. Wagner electric was able to come out within hours of my call. The electrician Mike was above and better thorough and found the problem with my wiring. He assured me that my issue was resolved and I had no need to worry. He took time to answer my million questions and concerns, and I couldnt be more grateful. The fee was super reasonable, and I would highly recommend this company and Mike, without hesitation. Glad to know that good customer service hasnt been totally lost, yet. Thank you Wagner electric team! From first call to last call paying the invoice, 5 stars. First contacted Wagner electric to have them go to our customers home to quote out an outlet to install. They did not quote the outlet because their technician had to leave early. I had to call Wagner electric to follow up, no one from Wagner communicated with me. I did get them back on the schedule for our customer, yet again I told them to do the work(without a quote) and bill us because it NEEDS to get done. I followed up with our customer, and it turns out they DID NOT do the work, nor did they communicate that to us. I will never use Wagner electric for my personal or business needs. Use CARTER ELECTRIC they have been there for us since day 1.
