I have been using Carter Electric for the last 5 years and highly recommend them. Not only do they have fantastic prices, but they have the best customer service. They actually respond quickly, call and explain everything and all possible options, answer questions, etc. They show up on time, are polite, and get the job done quickly. If you need an electrician, this is the place.

We had just purchased a home and moved to Redding only to discover the electrical box did not meet current insurance industry standards. We contacted Carter Electric who promptly and professionally secured needed permits while working with PG&E for our electric panel replacement. It was a pleasure working with you!

He did an excellent job hanging our new ceiling fan and changing out an old GFCI outlet. We would highly recommend him.

I received excellent service in having a 220 outlet put in my kitchen. They went above and beyond in their service, not only did they add the 220 outlet but they took out my old cook top and placed a new one in. They saved me money and time by not having to hire a separate contractor. If that was not enough, they were reasonably priced as well. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
