A Plus Carpet Cleaning

Cleaned one of my rental properties and made a 6 year old carpet look brand new.

I'm pretty disappointed with the owner of this company!! His compassion for people truly sucks!! I made an appointment with him when I saw he had a deal for 120 per room. it was for the month of  December, but I wanted my carpets cleaned in the new year he still gave me the deal since I scheduled in December switch I thought was great! I like getting my carpets cleaned every year so I was going to have him start being my new guys since the last guy retired; however the night before he was supposed to come and clean the carpets my husband started throwing up and was sick I gave him a covid test and he tested positive I was worried and spaced the carpets that was my bad! I called to reschedule since I wasn't home when he got here. I told him what happened he didn't care was short and rude didnt ask if my husband was ok, and before I could ask about the discount he told me he won't offer it and if I didn't want to reschedule that was fine!! Wow just wow!!

A Plus Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my Mom's mobile home and love seat. I don't think the carpet had ever been cleaned in the 20+ years she's been there.
