Tri County Drilling & Pump

Our well pump quit working over the holiday weekend. We contacted Tri County Drilling on Monday. They sent a great team out Tuesday to assess the problem. They retuned on Wednesday and by early afternoon John and Ron replaced our pump, wiring and a bladder tank and got our water running. They worked quickly and efficiently, were professional and very pleasant. Thank you for helping us and making it a great experience.

Our well stopped working. Replaced the bladder, and the pressure switch with no luck. Gave up at that point and called the real professionals at Tri County Drilling and Pump since we had used this company before. I explained the issue over the phone to the tech. Instead of charging me to come out and diagnose the problem on a Sunday, he talked me though it and gave me advice on the next step to try. I was able to do the repair myself and saved me hundred of dollars. The technician even followed up with me to ensure I got it working and that I didn't still need his services. This company genuinely cared about my family having water. I will 100% recommend everyone use Tri County Drilling and Pump!

We had Tri County out after we had some issues with inconsistent performance with our well in Flournoy. Of course, we feared that with the drought we were drafting down the well. It turned out our 30+ year old equipment needed to be replaced. They pulled the pump and found that the water level looked ok and dropped the pump level a bit. John and Luis had everything on the truck and installed a new pump, pressure tank, switch and controller. All the components were high quality (Franklin Electric 1HP pump) and pricing was fair. They were in and out in a couple hours.
