Im pleased with how well Isaac records every detail of the repairs on our invoices so it is easy for the insurance to know all the itemized details. They did an excellent job resolving our mold and water damage problem due to weight of snow/water damage. BUT Update as of less than a year later: time has proven that some repairs were not done in a way for their quality to be long-lasting. The patches in our ceiling have cracked along all the edges of the drywall that was replaced. I was told I could find a subcontractor and then bill 911 for part of the costs for repairing the cracks. The tile in our shower was scratched when we moved back in. 911 said it would resolve on its own as we cleaned it. It didnt. I found a subcontractor who said he was willing to work with him, but then he was booked by 911 for another job before mine could be done.

This company was very good to work with. We wanted to work with a local company, not a franchise. While they are very busy juggling several projects at the same time, both 911 Restoration's CEO and our project manager were always readily accessible via phone, text, or email. Their response was always timely. Crews who came to the house were personable, efficient, and cleaned up every day. Our project took a long time. We had significant water damage to our bathroom and hallway. The mitigation part of the project went so well we hired 911 Restoration to put things back together. This company has good communicators. They listened to our concerns, gave us good suggestions, allowed us to use different subcontractors if we so chose to, and produced a good outcome that was an improvement over what existed before. We appreciated 911's expertise working with our insurance company. Their quotes for work to be done resulted in a fair insurance settlement. As long as you stay in communication and pay attention to details things will turn out fine.

Could leave 0 stars if possible. Originally came out for water damage, during this visit we asked about a moisture barrier. We were quoted for a moisture barrier for almost double the square footage we needed. When we brought this up, we were told it would be adjusted. When we spoke about scheduling the issue was brought up again. They mentioned they would talk to the manager about correcting the square footage on the quote. They came out with a handwritten service contract of $500 more than the original quote. When we called Isaac to discuss this (before the work was started) we were told that that we were nickel and diming him and that we were taking advantage of his free estimates that were $250. This company came out initially with no tools/ work van. The second time they came out to quote a whole different issue. There was a lot of miscommunication within the whole process and when we tried to address our issues we were told we could go with a different company.
