Thomas and his team helped my wife and I find and purchase our home in California. We moved to California from our last duty station in Virginia and Thomas made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. Moving is not so easy (even if the military moves all of the belongings) so the last thing I wanted to be concerned with is the details with the home itself. Thomas and his team covered everything from accurate documentation, scheduling showings and inspectors. I never worried about timelines, or communication the whole time Thomas and his team were aware of every bit of the process and we couldnt be happier or more thankful for everything they had done for us. When it comes to buying or selling a home, I recommend Thomas and his experienced team. He sold my home in twenty days while it was in a probate process. He knew the rules and guidelines to obey and was knowledgeable answering all questions that I had through this process. He knows many people to help with services such as cleaning, remodeling, Landscaping or other tips for selling your home. Thomas is patient and he has a great attitude. The best agent I have worked with. Highly recommended. I have sold 5 homes in the past and by far this is the most professional team I have worked with.
