Hive realty sold our home of 43 years. They were great in advising us on what would make our home have the best appeal in todays market and then had her team assist us in achieving that look. We had multiple offers and she was very knowledgeable in negotiating the best deal for us. Everything went very smoothly and without a hint of an issue.
