This house was so beautiful!!! My favorite actually.. spacious, and very clean everyone love it!! Would definitely stay again!! The host and the house was perfect!!

Absolutely amazing hosts with beautiful properties! I highly recommend them if youre going to be in Palm Springs and want to be in the center of the action. The place looks exactly as described and was a short drive to all the main attractions. The hosts left a very detailed guidebook that was helpful throughout our stay. Cant wait to book them again in the near future!

We had a nice stay with Rather Be Properties. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, nice little touches, great TV's, well stocked, modern bathrooms, and the pool/hot tub and outdoor space were all wonderful. The views were really nice too! The reason it is 4 stars and not 5 was due to a few hiccups. Front door lock was broken so we had to enter the property through the back door. That was annoying, since the gate is not easy to open. The owner was upfront and responsive with this situation, so it was unfortunate it happened during our stay. The pool did not have umbrella's, no hammock set up, or outdoor games that were advertised - maybe they were available, but not set up? We didn't see anything. Since we spent most of our time downtown, we didn't really use them, but just to note you might want to ask ahead of time. The other things to note is the property is a good 15/20 mins from downtown Palm Springs - so it's not close and there are no food or markets in the area - only gas station marts. There's nothing in the general area except the house neighborhood. There are also a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. We were fine with that, but not after 10pm and at 6am in the morning. Maybe these were other airb&b guest houses - but not sure. Fortunately, we had a sound machine which helped a lot. All in all, a great house for a group - that plans to hang out there, more than leave to go downtown. Really nice backyard and pool - that was the highlight!

My group and I had an AMAZING stay at the Palm Vista property for my bachelorette trip. The house was perfect and the hosts were awesome, very communicative. Would 100% recommend!

We stayed at the Acacia Retreat in Palm Springs and it was amazing! Al and his team are on top of everything, first class service every step of the way. Do not hesitate booking any property with Al and his team!!
