Just have my Rifi done. Took only 10 days from the first day to submit the application to get the loan doc signed. Very fast and efficient. Although I did have all documents ready before starting the work and appraisal was also waived which helped a lot. The mortgage rate is very competitive. Highly recommend.

We found Moshe Cirqui at Pacific Choice Mortgage on the recommendation of a friend who had happily used Moshe's mortgage services to purchase his home. We wanted to refinance our home, and although not all mortgage companies will accommodate self-employeds looking to refi,  Moshe asked us a few questions, and we were quickly on our way to a fast and smooth transaction. Moshe was very professional, attentive, easily accessible, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept in steady communication with us letting us know what was happening while moving the process forward quickly. When needed, he was patient and happy to explain things to us and answer all of our questions. He made us feel like we were his only clients, but I know we were not.Our refi took less than two weeks, we did not even have to meet with Moshe in person, and he sent a notary to our home at our convenience to complete all the closing docs. I decided to refinance my place just 6 months after financing with Loan Depot due to them never responding to my messages. I dealt with Moshe when going through the process and he was fine with the proof of my finances that I gave him without having to do it pay check by pay check or going through all of my investments which was not the case with the original financier who also moved so slow on getting approval and getting escrow closed.  Moshe moved quickly on the process and when needed he contacted me immediately without lagging like the previous company. The rates were excellent and I was able to refinance for 15 years opposed to 30 years. Original financier would not even give me 15 year rates which kind of disgusted me. Moshe answered any questions I had pertaining to the loan quickly and if not sure to a specific question I had he would get back to me quickly. Now I pay less interest and I am seeing movement on my mortgage. Very, Very Satisfied, Highly Recommend!

First time home buyer. I was referred to Moshe by a coworker. Nothing but good things to say about PCM. Moshe walked me through the entire process and really took the time to explain things to a newbie. I shopped the mortgage around at two other lenders and when I relayed the terms I got from Moshe to the other lenders, I was told by one "I can't even get close to matching that." A relative of mine is a mortgage broker in another state and told me the same thing. Communication was excellent. My real estate agent also told me she was impressed with Moshe once our offer was accepted and things got moving. Research led me to the recommended practice of shopping your mortgage to at least a few different lenders. Include Moshe in that process and I'd bet you end up going with him.
