GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CERTIFICATIONS!! The $20-60 you save by going here is NOT worth the headache and waste of your time!!! I paid to take all four certifications - BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP - at this sketchy establishment in the course of two days which sounded like a great deal and efficient use of my time. Instead, I was robbed of a whole day and a half of my time, $100+ in books I never received and an extra 2hr drive I was never supposed to make. From day one, with hours notice, I was asked to reschedule my two-day classes as I'd been the only one to sign up. I was understanding but at the same time, regardless of signups, I paid for THESE two days of classes - I was expecting to receive all my textbooks on the first day to assist with test outs on the 2nd day and I was already skeptical that they would get through all four classes in two days as it was, let alone one! I emphasized that I lived far away, had already been in route and needed these certifications for a pending job. Without so much as an apology, I was told to wait for an email to complete online trainings for BLS, ACLS and PALS. I didn't receive that email until the late afternoon hours leaving me with having to go through countless modules online late into the night before class the next day. The next day rolls by only to be met by another text saying that a flat tire is causing the class to get delayed by 1.5 HOURS after I'd already gotten halfway there! Not only that, but the NRP instructor wasn't available so I have to come back NEXT WEEK for the NRP class! Why wasn't I told this yesterday??? Having heard nothing for a week since, I had to reach out to get a time for the NRP class and was given a 6pm start time on a Friday night when I live an hour away and had originally signed up for 8am classes! I come back a week later and lo behold, the instructor hits a "traffic jam" and won't be there for another HOUR past the 6pm start time! THIS ESTABLISHMENT KNOWS NOTHING OF PROFESSIONALISM, BASIC DECENCY NOR RESPECT FOR THE TIME AND MONEY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. In reference to the pictures, I never received my refund for the textbooks I didn't receive and certainly saw no effort to refund the "coffee down the street" that was recommended while I waited a total 2.5hrs for the unprofessional instructors at this establishment.
