January 29, 2024 - I filed a claim, paid for it, and took it to this place.
January 30 - February 22 (And Still Going) They said they had to order new screen parts. A week goes by, two weeks go by, and still no new screen to fix my laptop. They said they would call and update me about my PC, but I always have to call them. They say the expected dates on when my screen would get to them to repair, and I wait. But then that day comes, I call them, and they say, it was a shipping delay, they didn't deliver it to the mailbox, all of that. I'm starting to become impatient. It should take almost "30 DAYS" just to get a PC fixed. I'm starting to wonder if they actually scammed me out of my computer (they probably knew it was a gaming laptop and wanted to have it for themselves). That's why I'm starting to not believe this whole shipping delay stuff. I NEED MY COMPUTER!!! I START SCHOOL IN A WEEK AND I NEED IT!!!
