Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage

Before booking they said the pool opens at 6am. Then on checkin also said that. Then in the morning to go to the pool they said it opens at 8. Extremely dismissive about it as well. Dont recommend.

This is new my favorite Hilton in the Palm Springs area. Angelo the general manager was friendly and it's easy to see why he is GM. The front desk was amazing and accommodating. Guadalupe and Cynthia were very polite and professional. They really made my check in easy and made me feel at home. The food at the hotel was excellent. I was fortunate to talk to the cook (Anthony) about the menu and I can see his passion as a chef. Food was excellent. The bartenders were also on point. Great drinks and good conversation. Thanks Sal! Rooms: Room was spacious and clean Nearby activities: So much to do around the area. Most in walking distance too Food & drinks: Breakfast and dinner both were very delicious Noteworthy details: As a Diamond member I stay with Hilton frequently. I really enjoyed my stay this past week. I would recommend it. Also, I will be back

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I unfortunately needed a place to rest and shower near Eisenhower medical Center. They easily accommodated my last minute stay. It's close to shopping and all kinds restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again for a quick palm spring trip if I didn't want to stay at one of the bigger resorts. The rooms were clean but seem a bit older. The pillows were great and the beds were comfy. I didn't really get to check out any of the amenities due to the nature of my stay. Noteworthy details: Less than 5 minutes from the Eisenhower Medical campus.
