Terrific Customer Service. At the beginning of the hot season, my misting system developed a leak problem. I contacted Modern Misting System about coming out to repair the issue. Given that I wanted the repair immediately, and given that everyone else in the valley wanted service immediately, they could not come right over. However, the person that answered the phone asked what my problem was. She asked that I send over a pic of the problem and she would see what the boss could do. They got back to me in a very short time and said that they had the parts and that if I was able to change out the hose myself, they would show me how to make the repair. I went to their location the next morning, and one of their service members took the time to show me, step by step, how to change out the part. This was great service. Most places, would say, sorry we can't get a repair person to you for several weeks, however, this company took the time to listen and suggested a solution that I was more than pleased with. My misters are now back operational. Thank you very much Modern Misting Systems. You have top notch customer service and response. A very satisfied customer!
